1. Data We Do Not Collect

• No Image Storage: We do not host or store the images you upload or generate. Images are processed in-memory and delivered directly to your session.
• No Accounts: We do not require sign-up, so we do not collect names, emails, or passwords.
• No Cookies: We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

2. How Data is Processed

To generate your poster, we use pass-through services that do not persist your data:

• Railway: Our application is hosted on Railway. Railway provides the secure environment where your requests are processed. They do not persist your image data to any permanent storage.
• fal.ai: We send your prompt to fal.ai. We use Sync Mode, which instruct fal.ai to delete the image data instantly upon delivery. We utilize secure transmission methods (including Base64 passing where applicable) to ensure that your images are processed and then immediately cleared from the processing queue.

3. Third-Party Links

To generate your Artic with album, we use iTunes API:

• iTunes API: When you search for an album, only your search term is sent to Apple; no personal information or generated images are shared with them.

3. Your Rights (GDPR)
